Accommodation without prebooking

Online properties will give preference to clients with advanced bookings. Consequently the availability of accommodation for clients who require our services without having prior booking may be affected.

Upon arrival in Valencia, the client should contact Online Properties in order to define preferences. An appointment will then be made, if appropriate, to visit one or more properties that coincide as far as possible with the client’s requirements.

The client who has visited an apartment or room, and wishes to sign an accommodation contract, must make a payment of 150.00 € including VAT, as a booking service fee, thereby guaranteeing the booking until the date on which the rental contract is signed.

This amount will not be reimbursable to clients who have reserved accommodation and subsequently decline to stay in the same or in any other accommodation included in Activos Inmobiliarios de Online Properties' portfolio.
