Procedure for requesting services

Thanks to our Internet-based booking system, you can book and rent an apartment or room in only 5 steps, in the knowledge that you will have nothing to worry about when you reach Valencia.

THE FOLLOWING SHOWS YOU HOW:

When you know which university you are to attend and for how long, you should fill out the booking form, which will ask you to provide certain personal information and your accommodation preferences. This information will enable us to find the type of accommodation best suited to your lifestyle.

When we have located the apartment or room that coincides with your stated preferences, we will send you full information by e-mail.

This will include:

• Price
• Photographs of the apartment
• Number of rooms
• Distance from centre of studies and transport
• Furniture and contents

If you decide to book the room, a booking fee should be paid to the account of Online Properties. You will receive an e-mail with all the information necessary to make the said transfer.

Upon receipt of your reservation fee, the accommodation will be reserved in your name until your arrival in Valencia.

Upon arrival in Valencia, a rental agreement must be signed and you will be given the keys of your accommodation. As from then you will have no further worries.
